Cancellation Policy

Flying Dress Photoshoot Policy – Callisti Boutique 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A 30% deposit is required to secure the date and dress selection. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot before the session begins. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date (subject to availability). 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. In case of bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule or adjust the location/time. 3. Dresses & Styling Dresses are provided in one-size-fits-most and are designed to fit XS–XL (adjustable with styling). Customers are responsible for returning the dress in good condition. Any damage, stains, or loss may result in additional charges. Accessories (belts, jewelry, headpieces) are included only in Premium & Luxury Packages. 4. Photography & Content The package includes a set number of edited high-resolution photos (as specified in each package). Delivery time: 7–14 business days via digital download. Additional photos or rush editing may be purchased upon request. Callisti Boutique reserves the right to use selected photos/videos for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. 5. Responsibility & Safety Customers participate at their own risk. While every effort is made for safety, Callisti Boutique is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the photoshoot. Flying dresses are long and may be affected by wind; customers must follow the photographer/stylist’s guidance at all times. 6. Punctuality Please arrive on time. Delays may reduce your shooting time. If a customer is more than 20 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled with no refund.
