RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Santorini Outfits, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Our collections are limited, artisanal, and often hand-finished. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with size or product exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
In case of an exchange, both shipping costs (return and reshipment) are the responsibility of the customer.
One Size garments cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

No refunds are provided. Purchases are final sale, with the exception of faulty or damaged items (see below).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@santorinioutfits.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the faulty item and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, hand-painted, or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Accessories, swimwear, sale items, and One Size clothing are final sale.

Process

Contact our Customer Care team at contact to request an exchange authorization.
Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process and dispatch your exchange.

Notes

Santorini Outfits is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

At Santorini Outfits, we proudly ship worldwide using ELTA (Hellenic Post). Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and parcel weight.

Shipping Costs (Estimated via ELTA)

Based on ELTA’s parcel fees:

To Europe (e.g., Germany, Spain, Italy):
- ≈ €25 for 2 kg parcels

To the USA, Australia, and other zones (Zone 3):

These are estimates. Final shipping rates are calculated based on actual weight, size, and destination and are displayed at checkout.

Within Greece: Typically 2–5 business days
Europe: ~7–15 business days

How It Works

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on parcel details.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs or regional delays.
